Keep Your Toes On The Ground

This is the most important lesson you should learn in the industry. Radio is a dynamic world. One moment you are still on air, the next one, someone had already taken your place. So it’s really important to always keep your feet on the ground. Be kind to your listeners, even if they are kind of rude. Always be willing to listen and be criticized. Remember that it is impossible to please every one in your perspective. But do your best to respect their ideas and opinions.

Lastly, always innovate. Earlier I told you to stick to one style and yes it’s true. But you have got to always improve yourself and look for ways to give your disc jockeying career a facelift.  Post feedback here.
