How To Turn Podcast Into Radio Show

Posted by RadioJinglesVIP on April 20, 2011 at 4:45 AM

Have you been podcasting or know someone who has been podcasting for quite sometime and have been doing so good that you'd wish they were a radio show?

A new web application, actually this started last year, is starting to make noise in the online radio atmosphere.

The app is called Spreaker.com. The idea is pretty much like BlogTalkRadio or any podcast platform that you know of. The difference is that this website lets you broadcast live and make it available as episodes. In fact, the Spreaker.com has its own in-site broadcast dashboard that looks a basic radio mixer, with channels for the microphone, and 2 music decks.

There is also a playlist panel where you drop all your songs and jingles, and an FX panel that lets sound effects during a live broadcast. It even has a library of FX and music.

It's social network integrated and allows you to embed across websites, social networks and blogs.
