Internet company Yahoo announced just days ago that it is now combining the services of iHeartRadio on its streaming music platform Yahoo Music.
iHeartRadio is the internet radio division of Clear Channel Communications, the company behind New York's Z100 and Los Angeles 102.7 KIIS FM.
This announcement came in after Yahoo added a similar internet radio music Spotify last week.
The company says that they decided to embrace iHeartRadio because it complementing their existing music service, a step that is seen by internet experts as a move to counter Pandora's success.
Yahoo's partnership with Clear Channel's competitor CBS Radio is still on-going. But it will end soon.
